Bacon-wrapped Sausage Hot Dog with Guacamole

    Johnsonville® Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage
  • 4slices
    Smoked bacon (sliced)
  • 4pc.
    Hot dog buns
  • 1cup
    Avocado (cubed)
  • 4Tbsp.
    Tomato (chopped)
  • 2Tbsp.
    Onion (chopped)
  • 2Tbsp.
    Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1Tbsp.
    Serrano pepper (chopped)
  • 1Tbsp.
    Lime juice
  • to taste
    Salt

Preparation

    Wrap each Johnsonville® Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage with a slice of bacon and char broil turning links often, until bacon is crispy.

    Mash avocado, add tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt, mix until well combined.
