Bacon-wrapped Sausage Hot Dog with Guacamole
What you need
- 4linksJohnsonville® Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage
- 4slicesSmoked bacon (sliced)
- 4pc.Hot dog buns
- 1cupAvocado (cubed)
- 4Tbsp.Tomato (chopped)
- 2Tbsp.Onion (chopped)
- 2Tbsp.Cilantro (chopped)
- 1Tbsp.Serrano pepper (chopped)
- 1Tbsp.Lime juice
- to tasteSalt
- 1Wrap each Johnsonville® Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage with a slice of bacon and char broil turning links often, until bacon is crispy.
- 2Mash avocado, add tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt, mix until well combined.
- 3Lightly toast hot dog buns on the grill, place bacon wrapped sausage on the bun and top with guacamole.
