Grilled Sausages with Onions & Jalapeños

What you need

  • 1pc.
    Cooked potato (large)
  • 1Tbsp.
    Vegetable oil
  • to taste
    Salt
  • 8links
    Johnsonville® Italian-style Artisanal Sausage
  • 1cup
    Pickled carrots in escabeche
  • 1Tbsp.
    Chopped parsley

Preparation

    Cut potatoes in fourths and slice, fry in hot oil until golden brown and season with salt to taste.

    Slice Johnsonville® Italian-style Artisanal Sausages diagonally and fry with potatoes on medium heat, add carrots and cook for 3 more minutes or until all the ingredients are heated through.

    Serve and sprinkle with parsley.
