Grilled Sausages with Onions & Jalapeños
What you need
- 1pc.Cooked potato (large)
- 1Tbsp.Vegetable oil
- to tasteSalt
- 8linksJohnsonville® Italian-style Artisanal Sausage
- 1cupPickled carrots in escabeche
- 1Tbsp.Chopped parsley
- 1Cut potatoes in fourths and slice, fry in hot oil until golden brown and season with salt to taste.
- 2Slice Johnsonville® Italian-style Artisanal Sausages diagonally and fry with potatoes on medium heat, add carrots and cook for 3 more minutes or until all the ingredients are heated through.
- 3Serve and sprinkle with parsley.
