Grilled Sausages with Onions & Jalapeños
What you need
- 4pc.Jalapeño peppers
- 8pc.Green onions
- 1tsp.Vegetable oil
- 1Tbsp.Lime juice
- to tasteSalt
- 8linksJohnsonville® German-style Artisanal Sausage
- to tasteMustard
- 1Coat jalapeño chilis and Green onions with oil and place on the grill on medium heat turning often until evenly grilled, remove from grill, add lime juice and season with salt.
- 2Place Johnsonville® German-style Artisanal Sausage on the grill on medium low heat for 12 -14 minutes or until heated thru turning links often.
- 3Serve the sausages with chilis, onions and mustard to taste.
